From coal town to commuter town. Firestone incorporated on October 8, 1908, and was named for a landowner, Jacob Firestone. Coal mining shaped the area — the Firestone Trail follows an old railroad right-of-way that once served the mines. The town counted about 1,358 residents in 1990 and more than 16,000 in 2020, so most homes here are recent construction.
Builder equipment reaching middle age. Plenty of Firestone homes still run the furnace and AC the builder put in. As those systems hit their teens, failed igniters, weak capacitors, and clogged condensate lines become common. We repair first and only talk replacement if the system is honestly done.
Just under 5,000 feet, at the north end of our area. Firestone sits lower than Denver, but gas furnaces here still need the manufacturer's high-altitude setup. It's also at the north end of where we work, so send your zip when you book; hours are Monday to Friday.
Call 720-471-8705 or request a visit at HVACYID.com. Tell us the house, the symptom, and the zip. Workmanship warranty on every repair — if it isn't right, we come back.

Only if the one you have is actually done. We repair first. If replacement is the honest path, you'll get numbers and time to think.
Yes. You buy the kit on Amazon — we hang the head, run the line set, vacuum, and charge it. Refrigerant and 240-volt are not DIY.
